A Few First Experiences

It is much different having a summer baby! The pediatrician encouraged us to get out of the house, and J definitely needs to be out & about like normal. The doctor just recommended places without many children and where most people don't know us. We all get cabin fever quickly! So, last weekend we took J and L out to Moe's for dinner. We have one particular Moe's here that is our favorite. It isn't usually busy at night, and there is this small outside play area that J LOVES! There are patio tables for us to sit and watch him. We headed there last Saturday night, and L did awesome. Here is L right before we left and J at the playground.





On Sunday, we went for a walk in the morning and then to the pool for awhile. Dave and J swam while L and I watched. J did some great swimming, but I can't seem to get my video uploaded. The part where he threw up his lunch on the side of the pool wasn't so pleasant, but it happens...especially when excitement + air + a little pool water + lunch an hour earlier all mix together in a little guy's belly!
